Foxhills School Technology College
Foxhills School Technology College at Scunthorpe says it promotes an educational culture which is scientific, technological, academic, and vocational. It has consistently raised achievement and post-16 participation in further and higher education.
Through its Technology College Community Plan, Foxhills has a close relationship with its partner primary schools and as a result many primary pupils have already become familiar with staff and the facilities at FTC before they join in Year 7.
Partner primary schools also access the Technology Centre and workshops for special projects. In addition to this several Foxhills staff regularly work in the feeder schools to assist with the delivery of mathematics, technology and ICT.
