Proud of its welcoming approach, Havelock is a calm, pleasant, orderly and hard working learning community. The Grimsby school aims to help young people to develop into self-confident, self disciplined young adults who benefit from all aspects of their education.
Facilities are excellent with first class computer access for all. Design and technology rooms have been completely refurbished, including a specialised room with CAD and CAM facilities and most classrooms have internet access with interactive whiteboards.
Havelock has received an improvement award from the DFES and is part of a high level national project for raising attainment. In addition, Havelock is a member of the North East Lincolnshire Excellence Cluster which gives direct funding for additional staff to educate your child. The school also has its own swimming pool and sports complex.
