Hereford Technology School
http://www.herefordtechnologyschool.co.uk/
An 11-16 comprehensive school which was awarded Phase 2 Technology status in 2005, Hereford takes its students from a wide area of Grimsby and has a fully comprehensive intake.
Successes in the academic arena are beginning to receive recognition, and Hereford has just been admitted to the Specialist School Trust’s Most Improved Club. GCSE results in 2005 were at an all-time high for the fourth year in succession.
Hereford has an excellent reputation for staff development, particularly for NQTs and trainees, and this has been recognised by the Teacher Training Agency, which has awarded the school Partnership Promotion status.
