King Edward VI Grammar School, Louth, is one of the oldest learning establishments in the country. In September 2003 it became, a specialist science college.
Although Year 7 and Year 12 are the two main points of admission to the school occasionally places become available in other year groups for students who meet the entry requirements.
As part of its specialist science college status the Mathematics Dept has developed a new support scheme for parents of students. Branded as ‘Dr Maths,’ the scheme is aimed at parents who may have problems in helping/advising their children with mathematics homework.
