With 351 pupils aged 7-11 this was described by Ofsted in December 2006 as schol where pupils attain high standards and achieve to the very best of their abilities.

The report added: “Under the highly skilled and determined leadership of the headteacher, ably supported by the deputy headteacher, the school has successfully broken any links between social disadvantage and low achievement. Pupils’ personal development is outstanding.”
