Immingham Museum

Modern Immingham is one of England's biggest ports. But years ago it was a Humber Bank backwater.

The story of the town is featured in Immingham Museum through a fascinating collection of items and exhibitions which include the growth of the docks and the Great Central Railway which helped make the modern port. Also featured are the town's links with the Pilgrim Fathers and the founding of America.

The museum also tells the story of the local Air Sea Rescue Service in World War 11.
