North Lincolnshire Museum
This popular museum tells the story of North Lincolnshire through displays of geology, biology and social history.
Among the geology exhibits are rocks and fossils from more than 200 million years ago.
Artefacts from the Stone Age to the Middle Ages are included in the archaeology section and the social history collection shows how the iron and steel industry developed in Scunthorpe.
A recently introduced computerised image archive displays over 2,000 historic photographs of North Lincolnshire.
The museum also has a Courtyard Garden to explore and a changing programme of temporary exhibitions.
