WALTHAM WINDMILL
Opened ten years ago, Waltham is a challenging and pleasant course with many water features.
Well-manicured lakes and ponds provide pleasant views on a course which includes a 571 yards 13th – one of the longest in the area.
Many holes on this picturesque and interesting 6,430 yards course have out of bounds down one side so a degree of course management is required.
The lakes and ponds are maturing well and attract a very wide variety of wild fowl, including some majestic swans, which can be admired in flight and on the water.
